I had to share my most recent experience with Glass Water System. I contacted them over 2 weeks ago and Mr Glass responded. During my first phone conversation with him, he was nothing but professional and very patient, as well very kind . I am from a different country , and I am not perfect by any means how I speak or express the concerns when I have to deal with any business. Mr Glass was so kind and asked me if I would send the pictures of what we currently have(water softener and filter , two tank system). Upon sending the photos, he immediately responded and gave me suggestions what would work for us. When I finally made the decision to deal with Glass Water System , it was well over two weeks past since my first conversation with him. He was always prompt with his responses whenever I sent messages with my questions . From the start I could read and sense in between our conversations that Mr Glass was a honest, sincere business owner who believes in how to deal with his service with his best ability. And his knowledge was outstanding! At first, I was hesitant to deal from this company as it seems to be so far away from where we reside. But he assured that they go all over the Pinellas county where we are. Two gentlemen who came to install the system were nothing but so polite, sincere and hard workers as well. And that is the exact reflection from whom they work for, how Mr Glass believes in. We are so very pleased with our new water water system . We are so glad that we have discovered such a honest and great company. Nothing to compare from those who ask so much cost and eager to sell their products even though they are not the greatest ones. We once again are enjoying good , tasty water! And the cost was so comparable to others. It is almost unbelievable! Thank you so much Mr Glass and two gentlemen! Finally, "Thank you so much for your Service to this country, Mr Glass!"

We operate a couple of carwashes in Oklahoma and are so thankful to have found Matt Glass and Glass water systems online. With Matt Glass offering tutelage and his expertise we were able to rebuild our water softeners and save literally $1,000's of dollars by breathing new life into our existing systems. Matthew offers a good price and both timely and quality installation. He recently installed a water softener and filtering system by Nelson for me. He offered a highly competitive price and stuck to it. No add-on sales gimmicks. The installation was the day after I placed the order. The system has been working for several week now now and has given us clean water without chemicals and metallic substances. Much better buy than highly touted competition.

Glass Water Systems installed a Fleck 5600 and whole-home filter system in our house. We are quite happy with the system. He did a great job with our quote by asking questions about family size, price range, etc., which was impressive that he didn't just come out the chute with the most expensive recommendation. I never had a problem with Mr. Glass being non-responsive as he followed up in a timely manner with all emails and/or phone calls. He is very matter-of-fact and follows through on what he says he'll do. Last week I contacted Mr. Glass regarding a high-pressure spray coming from the side of the unit and had no idea why it was happening. He sent a technician out to assess and the technician recognized the problem right away and fixed it free of charge. I definitely recommend this veteran-owned business for your water system install
