This is really late. I got my speakers back a month ago but speaker exchange recommended I put in fabric cone tweeters and they were right. They sound amazing. Fantastic job

I drove 100 mile round trip from Sarasota to leave my epic high fi loud speakers with the well respected speaker exchange. This was way before anyone knew what Covid was. Banks have better hours than the speaker exchange. If you have a job, which you better if you have them work on your Equiptment, it’s impossible to get there for the 3 hours they are open 4 days a week. If you want a great job, apply here!!!! Over the years, I have had to leave many messages for the owner to call me back. He is usually out of town. It’s good to be the king. I have no idea what’s happening. It’s a totally different story every time I’m lucky to get one. They are not interested in doing speaker work and it shows. I regret taking my speakers here I had new cabinets made for these speakers because they were going to be done soon. $500.00. They look great. They don’t have speakers in them. Maybe I’ll make a corn hole game out of them? Being corn holed is not lost here

Coming from having a very bad experience with another workshop, Speaker Exchange showed how it is done. Competent and speedy communications, even speedier work, flawless packaging and shipping – that´s a 10/10! But most importantly, the tweeter repair worked a treat – my speakers sound not on only as good as new, but even better than that. Pricey? Yes – but worth every penny (if the rest of the speaker is in good condition). Highly recommended, even for customers from overseas like myself!

Brought a sub amp last year and it took them 6 months to inform me that they cannot figure out what's wrong with it, I paid cash they refunded me with a check after telling me the couldn't find my amplifier so I waited almost an hour. Well after a year I found a replacement amp and began to do the swap when I noticed parts were missing, a ceramic capacitor was damaged, wires cut and re-soldered on the wrong side of the circuit board, so I called and whomever answered the phone very rudely, no one has touched this amp but them, I purchased it from amazon new. This place is slow, unprofessional, and scam artists! Talked to glen and I asked where the missing parts were and he stated "I ate them" he also refused to let me record the conversation.

If the problem is in the woofer, then yes we can diagnose and we have new woofers in stock. If the issue is with the amp, then new amps are obsolete and you will need to bring to a local electronic repair shop for component level repairs.
