Easy will process. Get to deal with and follow up with phone calls. You start the paperwork on line and the whole process takes about a month.

They told me they’ll email me to set up an appointment, it never came........ Also ddnt seem as they wanted to help on the phone which proved to be true

This is the second week I've been trying to get an appointment for a will. 1st time called at 0802 and was in the cue for over 45 minutes, only to be told finally no appts left. This week, I got in the phone cue at 0801 and its now 0923, still on hold! Great system! This needs some serious attention to fix. Guess I'll go on with my day and try again next week.
