How can I get an owners manual to know how to operate my Sun Kool air conditioning/heating system. I can't seem to set and keep a temperature that I want?

Got to desired temperature then press and hold the hold button for one or two seconds. Try that. Also don't forget to become a member of our Kool club for discounted rates on service. Thank you.

We usually leave a thermostat owner's manual in a pouch that is affixed to the indoor handler/furnace after install. If you still need one our office staff will be happy to email or even print the manual out for you.
