I have been going to this Hardee's for several years and the biscuit in the biscuit and gravy was always big, fluffy and very well cooked. In the last few months it has been either under cooked or flat and not so good 50% of the time. Why ?

I last worked for this Hardees 2 months ago, and I can tell you it is definitely on the verge of shutting down in the future if they don't get the management right

Nit sure why except the employees & management there don't seem to care what kinda food they put out & you can tell they don't wanna be there. They need to either shut that one down or fire the entire staff & find people who give a rip. The one on Hillsboro in Tampa is so much better
