Best crispy chicken biscuit I'm officially addicted! ha This location had the best cooked biscuit they would have been given a 5* had the service not been so so slow (even with two lanes). I believe the extra lanes were intended to speed things up but you do need the staff & efficiency to accomplish it.

Hands down this is the worst McDonald's location I have ever been at. I have formed this opinion after several visits to this location. Their customer service is absolutely awful. The speed at which they get food out is incredibly slow. And when you get it it's usually not very warm in fact sometimes it's even downright cold.

Edit: 30 mins wait The most ever slowest McDonald’s that I had ever been all over the world. Placed order 1:45, here now is 2:05 and I’m still waiting. My hot fudge is still sitting on the counter for because they decided to prepare the ice cream before all the meals that I have ordered. It is melting now 😢 other than that, the location is perfect which is close to forte de Soto which is the reason why I gave 2 stars.

This place is ridiculous man, I seriously just waited forty minutes for fast food, I’m really not a review guy, but plz shut this place down, or new management cause this is crazy, they have a 2 lane drive through instead of blocking it off they make people wait longer by havin 4 cars from the other lane to order first, on top of that there super rude, I used the McDonald’s app to order my food and the price was completely different from the app a 4 dollar difference, and sadly on top of that my cheese burger has mold
