Bad customer service, the sundae barely had any fudge on it and the garbage was falling out of the bin. It wasn't busy workers not managed and everyone looked lazy. Talk talk talk.

I get the same service as you no matter what time i go. Then im given an attitude from staff and managers when i complain. Go to the McDonalds on 10th ave n. It gets busy there but i havent had a problem so far.

This location is better managed, however they still have poor customer service. There are some workers just like in every place you will ever go that are awesome and go above and beyond especially their attendant that handles the ubereats and car orders but their customer service is garbage they truly need to get over themselves and do their jobs no matter who they're serving or when they're serving this is just a bad location and it's sad because it's on a very busy road

Hmm they are always nice to me qnd my food is almost always correct, verry polite people working at this location, try the one on 4th st south...

Ive never had a problem at this location... always good food and a smile from the staff.
