The automatic voice they put in is bad. My sandwich never comes out the way I want it, since I ask for heavy all veggies they don't understand me. I've complained to management but they do it rite one day and the next they forget. I just stopped eating here cuz it's always a loss. I suggest you go somewhere else because this place is a joke. The manager is a joke as well.

If I could give no stars I would.... The WORST location in saint pete. This is the third time in a row my order is wrong....I pay for a double Buford and I get a single checker burger....I pay for a double checker burger I get a single checker burger..... At this point it feels like I'm just getting stolen from by checkers. Feels like a THEFT is taking place when I go there. Somebody fix this. It's wrong

This was the slowest worst experience with fast food ever. Not only did they have an automated order take, but they botched the order and we waited in line for over 40 minutes with only 3 cars in front of us. Horrible experience.

I said, "King me!" And the girl behind the counter unfortunately didn't know what to do. Oh, to live a carefree lifestyle such as one that never considers to explore the Wonder Full experience that comprises all the many subtle nuances generating such powerful necessities of stragegem in order to overcome the nemesis seated directly across from you.

If you use the receipt and log onto the website you should be able to get a number or contact a "hirer up" so to speak. I do not yet have a corporate number, but I will try to find one.
It's slow and there trends to be fussy people at the window giving the employees a hard time.

When you get to the Rewards Page, click Login, and enter your username and password on the next page. Once you have logged in, you can check your account balance by selecting the “Account Balance” link. You can also review your account history by selecting the “Transaction History” link.
Guests will earn 5 points for every $1 they spend. Once a guest collects 400 points they will receive a $5 reward which is automatically added to their Rewards Wallet. The reward can be used on the next visit simply by checking in using the Checkers and Rally’s mobile app or by providing your account phone number to the cashier at the time of purchase.
