My second time renting a storage room here never had a problem I was well treated with respect And was able to see two storage room and pick the one I wanted because the one I picked was to small with my appointment booked thank you for the help today!
Prices are based on unit size. I will say that they are not the most customer friendly people. We had to make an appointment to see units and talk about pricing. Once we decided what sizd we needed had to make another appointment to sign paperwork and get unit. No just walking in. Also bring something (tarp, old sheets) to cover your stuff. Fire retardant stuff comes off and was all over our things when we went back a month later.
It mostly depends on the size of the storage unit you are going to rent...
