So we are looking to live there in about a year or two. I was wondering when you first move into the apartment. Are all the rooms empty or do they already have stuff in there? Such as beds, kitchen appliances ect.

Ms. Kauffman, Thank you for your interest! All of our apartments (furnished and unfurnished), come fully equipped with microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. Our fully furnished options also include premium quality furniture, bed and bath linens, kitchenware, all utilities, cable TV, and WiFi.

Some are furnished, some aren't. It will say in the listing
