Rolling Hill apartments offer veterans / military discount on rent, and on deposit!! 👏👏👏Here is a nice park nearby called Derby or Derby Park (walking distance) from the apartments. Volleyball lovers the park has a volleyball net, including the sand. Unfortunately, people must bring their own ball. Walmart isn’t too far, approximately 15 minutes away. Madison so far is running the place effectively. If you don't get through her by phone leave her a voicemail. The best way is by email. She does reply to her voicemail as soon as possible. Free parking for residents and each vehicle must be registered with the office. I don’t know if there is a car limit. Option to purchase insurance outside the apartment. Pay on time . Avoid late fee . Avoid any fee by linking your bank account to their online payment system.

My experience living in 7C was great, despite the unprofessional community property manager. Anytime there was an issue with anything with the utilities, the maintenance guy was incredibly helpful, but there was one occasion where we had an issue with the A/C that went out in the middle of the summer that lead us not be able to occupy our own apartment for 2 days. The issue was a mistake made by the maintenance crew, which when it was fixed we asked for some remedy to be made about the two days we weren't able to occupy and the girl managing the community told us flat out no and that nothing would be done and nothing short that we should just deal with it. Be very very careful signing a lease with this girl running it. You might be looking at an additional $800+ that she'll squeeze out of you before you leave. Very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend to anyone. If it wasn't for the management it would be a great place to recommend.
