I'm a single mother of two. I lived here and just recently moved out. The carpet had a huge whole in it when I moved in and you could tell an animal was there but I covered it with my sectional. They never came to replace it and charged me for it and the slide closet door was always detaching without any type of force. You only pay for new parking lot pavement and updated doggie parks. My dishwasher leaked on the first use but I just put a towel underneath it. During the holidays they tell you when to take your decorations down off your balcony. The front door lock was never operating correctly. Management is rude and disrespectful. They told me I had to move out stating they wouldn't let me renew my lease because they wanted to raise my rent. In which I would have gotten a second job to cover the rent due to not in a moving situation but they still insisted. Do not live here if you plan to sit still for a couple years. I felt as though I couldn't walk outside to go to work without a complaint. It's ridiculous and I still worked two jobs. It's not worth the headache. I wish I could give zero stars. Very unprofessional.

We moved my Mom in a few months ago. She loves it; it's a bright, sunny apartment, with a great view of beautiful mature trees and nice landscaping. It is pretty tough though for her to open the interior hallway door though; it could use an adjustment. She is very happy with her apartment and it is wonderfully located.

This place is a joke! Cockroaches everywhere, especially in the hallways. Will leave your place unattended if maintenance is in your apartment or 3rd party company, such as replacing your first story sliding glass doors and just allow your belongings on full display for everyone to see and unattended. Office ladies always have an attitude. Every month something will come up that they need to be in your apartment for. Worst place I've ever rented from.
