I have a scheduled appointment tomorrow at the Worcester RMV. I have a confirmation number but I have not received an email confirming this appointment. Should I just go tomorrow with the confirmation number? please advise me. Thank you.

Yes just go if you have confirmation number.. if you miss it you will have to reschedule and wait another two to three weeks to be able to go back

Yes. Bring your confirmation number. Assuming nothing has changed policy wise in the last couple weeks, they should let you in based on the confirmation number.
