One would think you could. They call themselves a "Honda dealer" but when they sell the public replacement parts that ARE NOT AUTHORIZED HONDA parts, I don't know. Wouldn't take the chance myself.
Depends on year & model, best bet is call your local Honda service Dept
Just call the parts department, they can mail it to you. Unless you don't want to use a credit card, stop by when it's there to pay with cash or check
