Is this open to the public for viewing? I understand Wednesday you can go inside. I just want to observe the building from the outside.

Yea you can aleways view the outside. Wednesday nights its open to go inside and view planets thru a telescope

The nice place to go and get the Boston skyline at night just make sure you have a gentleman with you if I was a single girl I wouldn't go up there alone
