Find where the boat docks, and then go from there to find parking that's within a comfortable walking distance for you. There are some meters with time enough for the cruise, and that's the cheapest option. Otherwise a public parking lot, which will be maybe $20-30 for the day.
I often park in the lot in front of the Mooring Restaurant if I'm in a hurry. Depending on the day I've had luck with the meters.
