Great service but food was not good. Shrimp was not deveined. Clam linguine had no flavor and smelled like the fishy ocean, I only took a few bites and I’m really not a picky eater. Lobster was very firm and rubbery. Drinks were great though we had a Bloody Mary and the dells lemonade. Oysters were good as well. Overall I was very disappointed because I had high hopes for this place. I would not recommend to a friend.

Stopped for the raw bar. Oysters are amazing and I'm not one for raw anything. We asked for outside seating with street view. Great for people watching and seeing the cool cars that ride through. Service is a bit slower out there but with it for the views.

I Love going to Midtown anytime I am in Newport RI. Located right in the center of downtown it is a perfect place for a nice dinner and has a great environment. They have a great selection of drinks and food and I have been here for live music as well. Definitely stop here if you’re in Newport and want a great dinner experience.

Excellent raw bar, great service, cool interior. We were impressed with the selection and quality of raw oysters they offered.

Thank you for your inquiry. We follow all state regulations for Covid-19 on top of what we normally practice. We are currently at 33% capacity with no bar seating. Our tables are spaced 8’ apart with no more than 5 people from one household per table. We also have covered outdoor seating with heaters. Our staff wears masks at all times and always give proper space to our guests.
Hi, . I believe that they do. But why in world would you want to get married. I use humor to associate. Congratulations. It's a wonderful restaurant 😁
I saw kids, but no high chairs. More likely to have a booster seat, but you could call and ask.
Half price raw bar (oysters & clams), mon to thur, 11:30am to 05:00pm
There is a parking lot located behind MOB on Perry Mill Wharf. It’s a pay to park lot normally around $10 for the entire day/night. Meters on the street run 9am-9pm. They run through end of October.
I don't think so
Rose, with a large reservation for dinner I recommend calling ahead. The "tourist" season is winding down, so it should not be overcrowded on the weekend. Of note, there is usually always space for 4 or less at or around the bar. I would call ahead to be on the safe side though, especially if you're hungry:)
