Made reservations since we were planning a weekend visit. Highly recommend reservations if you want a table since they do get busy. Everything was absolutely delicious! We shared pulled pork nachos and cauliflower mushroom quesadilla. Large food and drink menu, plenty of options to choose from. Our waitress was fantastic and attentive. We will definitely return!

This place was absolutely outstanding! My wife and I had dinner there recently. At a time when 'average at best' is the unfortunate standard for the vast majority of reasonably priced restaurants out these days, Diego's raised the bar in every way possible. Everything was very delicious-- clearly made from scratch with interesting and unique flavors throughout. Our entrees included creative ingredients that perfectly combined spiciness, sweetness, and a savory, smooth finish via an amazing taste complexity not ordinarily done well by others. Portion sizes were ample and the presentation of the food was as good as it tasted. Our server, Nick, was excellent-- he was a great ambassador for the brand as a genuine caring, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable professional in his work. We cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough!!!
