Lackluster menu, slow service, poor live music. Seems to rely heavily on its proximity to the docks for post-race and post-sail traffic. There are better places in Newport.

Management doesn't allow people to sit outside even with a reservation. Food and atmosphere is mediocre. EDIT REPLAY TO OWNER: When we went the outside had plenty of seats available when we arrived and the manager said you were "fully booked" and the restaurant was dead.... at lunchtime. We had a reservation and the manager sat us right next to the bar where a blender went off every 2 minutes and we couldn't even hold a conversation at our table. When we left the restaurant the outside was still dead and still a large number of tables open and wernt being sat. When we asked another host what the deal was with the manager, they told us to come back with a dog to have a better chance of being sat outside. We didn't have a good experience and won't be back.

Worst restaurant to ever work for. Don't support this place. Manager, Maria - fired 15 people within a month for no reason and is rude to her employees. Only good manager there is Chef Giacomo, but I hope finds a better place to work.
