Well...... there is a pond/marsh/swamp, but def NOT suitable for paddle boarding.

No, there are small streams, but nothing deep or side enough for paddle boarding

There is no place there suitable for paddleboard. Closest places aee Saratoga Lake or Moreau Lake State Park.
