They do. They go with pavilions which are for rent and include sheltered picnic areas and restrooms. The park will have a reserved notice if facilities are rented. If not reserved then the pits are available to anyone.

I have never seen one there, but I see that someone else responded there is one at one of the pavilions, so perhaps they do. They do have a frisbee golf course though in case that might be of interest.
