Does Knight's make sure a specific driver doesn't get matched with riders anymore? My wife just had a bad experience with a driver and doesn't feel comfortable having him again. She called and told them as such. Any experience with this?

As long as you call the office and have that particular driver excluded from transporting you and put in your profile you should be okay the only caveat is with shared van arrivals it would be difficult to exclude that driver who's on in the signed swing at the airport she would have to recognize him and opt not to get in the van

Absolutely. Shared Vans may be a little difficult as to how random they are. You can definitely request not to have that driver. Any questions or complaints, don't hesitate to call. Sorry to hear of your wife's poor experience.

We want to keep using Knight's if this driver doesn't get assigned to us. It's not clear how Knight's handles situations like this though.
