I would like to thank Jaquan for coming out to do our monthly service today. He called before I arrived and I told him that our dogs were coming in with ticks and I was weeding in the yard and had a tick in my neck after coming inside. He asked specifically where I was so he could target the area where I likely got the tick. He walked my husband through his very meticulous plan. He was incredibly sweet and totally professional. Last fall, I had a problem with squirrels in my attic. Technicians from Big Blue Bug took care of the problem for me in a professional and efficient way, so when I started hearing sounds in my attic recently, I called them again. This time it was mice! They sent Vince in a matter of days, who began the process of getting rid of them. He will stick with the problem until it is gone for sure. Vince was friendly, professional, and informative. Also, he was right on time, which is a real asset. I have now set up the annual plan, where they service for any problem that arises, in addition to keeping ahead of any further activity from the mice. As much as I hate needing this service, I am delighted to have someone so efficient keeping an eye out for me.

We were so pleased with Big Blue Bug Solutions! We started using them this past summer when we had a bee problem in/around our attic. Zack came and quickly took care of the problem! We had to call them back out to the house recently because we heard a critter in the wall. Vince came by and put out some traps, bait, etc. We'll do a follow-up in a couple of weeks but I feel confident that the problem will be taken care of. I highly recommend this company and Vince or Zack as they were both effective, courteous, and professional.
