It was 245 pm and the restaurant was empty. I wanted to order a bowl. They refused to serve me unless I ordered online.

The food was great, one thing though the burrito could have been wrapped a little bit tighter. It fell apart after a couple of bites.

Worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I’m not talking 1 or 2 times either, since this location is convenient for me I end up here often on the nights I work late. I can handle the unprofessional staff screaming profanities and blasting music from the back and even the lack of cleanliness, but telling me “we’re closed” at 9:30 when hours are clearly posted as closed at 10pm is where I draw the line. Do better. For real. This is not how to run a business. I strongly suggest going elsewhere for a meal.

Every time I order from them on door dash I never get my extra portion of chicken! Literally just got a burrito bowl with little to no chicken! This is the third time this has happen. Not to mention half the time I don’t get my chips or cheese. If you get food from them you’re better off going to the place yourself.

I don't believe Chipotle themselves do delivery but there are usually other companies that will deliver Chipotle like Grubhub.
Call the store or ask for a charge back from your credit card company
They sell them at the store but you could always direct questions like this to Chipotle, not Google
Your question doesn't go directly to Chipotle. It goes to other people who have been to Chipotle. The best way to ask any questions is to call the company directly.
They do not deliver. You can call ahead or order from their app in advance and pick it up. Also, Grubhub was delivering from them in the past at least.
