I asked for a simple trim, about 1/2 inch off of my hair. I explained that I was growing the hair out and wanted the curls in the back left and the sides trimmed so that they were even. Shawna, the hairstylist, did a horrible job, leaving me with one side measuring 2 and 1/2 to 3 inches in length and one side measuring 1 and 1/2 inches. In addition, she cut one side behind the ear so short that it looked like a razor cut and all of my curls were gone. My hair was soaking wet when I left so I couldn't properly evaluate the cut. I returned that evening to have the manager, Nicole, do the best that she could to fix the mess. She was gracious and apologized but the damage had been done. Never, never again. Update: I called and emailed Customer Service as requested below and received no response.

So I did the online check in, it told me I had a 45 minute wait time and they would text me when I was at the 15 minute mark. Mind you I live about 15 minutes away. Then at the 15 minute mark I received the text. So I went down to the shop. Went in, told them my name and they say, "oh you're not on our list". So I show them the text I was sent and they reply with, "well you're not on the list so it's going to be about 40 minutes". It was just a bad time and I'm not waiting in my car for 40 minutes, I've got things to do. So I won't be going back.

I have been coming to this location for years. I always have a great experience! Especially today! I had a young lady who was polish and the haircut before this one I had the store manager! The manager Sherri is beyond amazing, I don’t know how she does it (she can multitask and help her workers at the same time) but I would gladly go to any of the stylists working when I or my family comes in for a haircut! Even if I have never seen them before! I’ve witnessed the manager training hands on with the stylists and have never had a had haircut or experience! The salon is always clean and I see each stylist clean their equipment after every person! I am highly satisfied and highly recommend giving this GreatClips a try!

Took my kids in for haircuts the manager is amazing! All of the staff are very nice and attentive! One of the cleanest stores I’ve been in. BUT…..what happened to the MASK MANDATING the whole town and business to require masks. Only the employees where wearing masks and I am happy they where. My family comes to this location and we felt much safer with everyone having to wear a mask!! Great customer service sherry and carly are amazing to my children

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
