I bought a set of used adjustable dumbbells from the store. The salesperson strongly advised me NOT to drop them! I have an uphill driveway. I was distracted by a neighbor when I opened the tailgate. You guessed it! A dumbbell fell 3 feet onto the asphalt! Sure enough, it was broken! All warrantees were voided because the equipment was used. But Fit Equipment worked diligently and kept me informed thru every step.They were able to fix the problem at NO cost to me. I'm very impressed by their customer service and would strongly recommend them to anyone.
