Great Customer Service! I had a fantastic experience buying from Cyclery USA - Redlands. I called ahead and spoke with Tim. Even though they were busy, he checked the store inventory and discussed with me the brands, models, and tier level they have in my size. When I visited the cyclery, Tim was very knowledgeable about the differences between each model and his option of which style would fit my cycling needs helped immensely. I decided and the white Trek Domane SL5. I am exceptionally happy with my purchase and highly recommend.

Yes, we carry several brands.
Mask requirement to enter the store and you have to wait to enter. Two entrances. 1 entrance for service the second entrance for the store to buy bikes, parts, etc.
No, not sure what the first one is, and I think you mean GT pro series, and we don't carry GT.
No you should bring the bike into to shop.
