Hi Michelle, I hope this email finds you well! I just want to write to you to let you know how wonderful David the new maintenance manager is and the man that came with him today to fix/ replace the tub drain that hasn’t worked since I moved here. He is knowledgeable, dependable , courteous and follows through on everything that he says he is going to do. I have not experienced this here before - I hate to say it but … I need to give credit where credit is due. Also, the new leasing gal in the office , Abbie, since she’s been here I have received two emails letting me know that I have had packages in the office on two separate occasions that I would not otherwise know. In the past I’ve had to hunt my packages down! Lol 😂 I feel that when good things happen you should be made aware , not just for complaints- so congratulations on a job well done with your new hires! They should all be commended for their great works! (Especially Dave and his assistant today) Happy Holidays!

We are renting a townhome, and we love it. Because we sold our condo for equity purposes (the time was right), we had many items we couldn't use in the apartment (even though the square footage was greater than our condo's space). Our townhome came with a garage! So, it is used temporarily as storage. Aces!!! We're in a pretty quiet section of the complex. All homes in this section are townhomes, and many families with children occupy them. This pet-friendly, beautifully landscaped Audobon property has a Dog Park. And, everywhere you walk there are disposals with bags for your pooch(s). What I like about living here is that when you need something fixed or replaced, there is a portal for residents where you can place a maintenance request. Within a reasonable time, they will come to your apartment to attend to your needs. For the rent payment, it is all done online. There are visitor parking spots, as well as Reserve spots throughout the property. Pets are welcomed, up to two per apartment. Certain breeds are not accepted. Check with the leasing office for a list. Conveniences include a good-sized swimming pool and children's playground, gym with basketball nets, fitness center, community room with pool table and gas grills just perfect for a barbeque. There's a Dunkin' Donuts within walking distance, several shopping centers within a 2 mile radius, less than 15 minutes to Worcester or Framingham, and several grocery stores to choose from. You are minutes from Target or Walmart, and there are many restaurants too numerous to list. Short-term leasing is available, and the consultants are great to work with. The one of best community to live I can say in this area shrewsbury/westborogh with affordable rent and other facilities. Community is very well maintained , nice utensils,neat and clean. All the leasing office stuffs are very soft spoken and helpful whenever needed. Community has the beautiful pathway to walk everyday , designated kids park where all the kids play almost all day. You will not regret to stay here.

When I was looking for apartments on Facebook Market Place, I was instantly drawn in to how beautiful the Audubon Community was. I sent them a message asking for additional information and that same day I received a call from their office. A few weeks later, I was signing my lease and getting ready to move in. As a recent college graduate looking to move out of her parent's house, it was difficult. There were so many places that wouldn't take a chance on a first time renter like myself but they did and I can honestly say I couldn't be more grateful! I love my apartment!
