I made an appointment and they refused to see my dog because I was 10 min late when in fact I was not. When I got there no one was at the desk so I just stood there till someone showed up, they said I also had an appointment for Saturday (2 days later) Saturday morning I called to confirm and they said my appointment was “deleted” they were not helpful at all! They didn’t seem to care about fixing the problem all they did was blame me! The least they could of done was just book another appointment! The worst customer service I have ever experienced at petco!

I dont know who is in charge of your shrewsbury massachusetts's storw but the behavior of employees is unacceptable I just went in to buy crickets your employee was feeding ferrets hurried to the back ro avoid dealing with me so my son went to find a employee for help getting crickets then we noticed the employee peaking her head around the corner in hopes we would leave I walked back by the bathroom to find the employee scrolling threw tiktok instead of dealing with customers

Super friendly and helpful staff. If a staff member doesn't know something they will get help. Rather knowledgeable about fish care. Nice selection of substrates and other unique aquarium supplies including plants.
