Not when I went, but I gone in November. The temperature outside was 70 to about 65 with wind chill. The lazy river and rapid river waters were warm. Not the wave pool though, it was about 55 to 60 degrees. The water on the rides was not warm when I went but tolerable.
They do but when I went the water wasn't heated sonit was freezing.
