I would address this with customer service or higher up. They may consider themselves as autistic friendly on some levels of the spectrum but I definitely can see it not working for some.
They post that they are. Perhaps you should speak to guest services at the front

My Grandson is autistic and he had a great time in not sure what you were looking for but if it didn't meet your needs it is something 8 definitely would address with management
