No the only thing you can rent there are Cabanas, Towels, and coolers. They provide tubes if it is necessary for a ride. Like others have stated some are in the pool around the ride, right before the ride, or before the line of the ride.
The tubes are available for the ride. Some you carry up the stairs, some are up there, some are in the water.
