Yes. They allow each person to bring in one bottle of water but no food items. Recommend buying the largest bottle you can find. They did allow a few snacks that we had for the kids.
Yes you can! They encourage you to bring your own bottle for water. Some places won't refill something with a small mouth. If you plan on getting it refilled, bring a bottle with a larger mouth than just a plastic water bottle.
