I went on 04/3021. People were purchasing tickets at the park. It is great for kids. There only 2 restaurants open and both served the same kind of food if you plan on eating at the park.

It's great for kids and you can either place the reservation in advance or just buy the ticket there. We've been to both Universal's Volcano Bay and this one but even though Volcano was "nicer" we found Aquatica with more attractions, better food and some how much more entertaining.
