I would say that if you are qualified and they are in need of an employee then i am sure that they would hire you. The key to me is that you are qualified. You might want to get the ball rolling by putting in an application and then talk to the owner.
I would say if you are able to do the job you would have as good a chance as anyone else.
Well, at any rate they can't NOT hire you due to disability, as long as you can perform the necessary functions of the job. Almost every job in a restaurant consists of miles of speed walking and interaction with hundreds of people. I would say if you can do that, they could possibly hire you.
