In our opinion--- Went with friends and family to Cibare for afternoon dinner. Upon being seated, our waitress (finally) came over to get our drink order. Ordered a water with lemon (lemon never came). Our party kept asking the waitress different questions about different selections, to which the waitress kept nodding her head and saying “yes, yes, yes” over and over. We had a question about polenta (what was it), and the foreign-sounding waitress just kept repeating “uh huh” or “yes.” We quit asking questions because we thought she did not speak fluent English, so our various questions never got answered. Upon finishing the meal, the waitress carelessly stacked the plates up high (on top of a full bowl of soup) and promptly half dropped it, splashing the side of 2 of us, our shoes, and my purse. When we paid the bill (2 credit cards), the waitress kept acting like she had no clue what to do, came back over to us to say she did not know how to run them and that “she was going to get help.” The next day, we find out that the credit card company flagged one of the cards for “fraud” and closed it. There were 2 charges on one card, and 1 charge on another. Plus, the soup grease stain did not come out of my purse (had to go home and clean my jacket, shoes, purse, etc.). Went back to speak with a manager who assured us that this waitress was “one of the best she had,” which led us to wonder why we got such bad service from her. The manager said that we had to “check with our credit card company” to see if any charges dropped off AND to get my purse cleaned somewhere and “they would reimburse me for that.” After following up again with the same manager, we were told that we would NOT RECEIVE A REFUND of this subpar meal, despite the fact that we had to call the credit card company several times, follow up with management several times, and now I have to deal with getting my designer purse cleaned. In our opinion, AVOID this restaurant—it is not worth the time and hassle and clearly management does not care about customer satisfaction. Very very poor…

We have gone to this establishment a handful of times and always enjoyed our meal. However, our meal last night ruined my entire out look. Not only did the waiter ignore our table, as in took 15 minutes to acknowledge us while he chatted with all the other tables, gave us glasses of water, didn't offer any other drinks nor fill up our water, but was rude. The steak that was ordered was very rare when ordered medium. While I ran off to vomit in the restroom, the waiter and manager was rude to my husband. When I came back I felt like the waiter was scolding me for not telling him ealier that my steak was raw. If he would of checked on us regularly, he would of been informed sooner. Completely flabbergasted because I have always talked this place up. Now, we will not be returning.

What I ordered was pretty tasty and I was pleased to see they had gluten-free options. My bf really enjoyed the garlic bread. Most of our party found the food satisfactory. The service, however, was very sllooww. We were there for someone's bday and had a rather large table. Normally, servers are right on top of a large table...not ours. I think a half hour went by before they came over to take our orders. I looked around to see if they were short staffed or really busy, but that didn't appear to be the case. The server seemed slightly scatterbrained. Maybe it is their first job as a server, who knows. It's not a place I would choose, but if I had to for a get-together, that's the only time I'd be back.

We had salads, toasted ravioli, calamari, and the Bianca pizza ...all were so good. Service and staff were wonderful. We will for sure be back!!
