The fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was delicious! Even though the place was packed, we still had good service. Free refills on the pick lemonade are also a plus!

I was craving a Caribbean Paella, which is hard to find here, but Guido's had a Spanish Paella that I thought might do. Wife also ordered linguine & clams & some bruschetta. See photos. The linguine was quite good, plenty of garlic and not *too* heavy on the oil. The bruschetta were particularly nice to my taste - those white slabs in the pics are chunks of mozzarella. I have no complaints against the Paella, as long as you understand the differences. There were beans and slices of red bell pepper, lots of mussels and some clam on the shell, and chicken thighs on the bone, apparently seasoned and baked separately before being included, shrimp with the tails... none of this is really problematic. That's Paella, and if you can't pull out the mussel shells and shrimp tails, it's not for you. I really wanted Caribbean style with tomato and more *kick* to the spice, but we ate all of this and it settled the craving for a while. Our only real complaint was the half hour we sat in the street waiting for our food. When it came out the first time there was no bruschetta, and the cook had apparently included so.e ticket from hours earlier in the day. The runner took it all back inside while they straightened it out and made our order right, while we sat after having shown up when we were told it would be ready. When we finally got it, there was no apology nor any effort at all to try and compensate or even acknowledge the delay. For that, I may not bother ordering there again, but the food itself was pretty good.

I ordered the chicken parmesan panini tonight. I started eating it and when I got to the second side of the sandwich, I noticed half of the sandwich on the bottom was greenish black. I wasn’t too worried about it because I thought it was just from the grill, but the inside of the bottom bun was like that too. I asked another waiter about the sandwich and he took it back to the kitchen immediately (almost panic like). My waitress brings it back out to me just how it was and says it’s from the grill and it’s fine. However, I believe it is mold. You can see the spot where they picked at the bun in the first picture listed. Other than this, the food was amazing and quick. I loved our waitress up until this moment. She did nothing to help the situation at all.

I don't know if they have any specials but their baked Mostaccioli In meat sauce And garlic cheesebread Is what I love
Very family friendly. Excellent food
All tables have more than enough space and distance between, mask are required upon entry and exit, all staff was following proper protocol. Definitely good practices going on at Guido's
They offer large salads which you could order without croutons. They have a menu on their website, you could look at it and see if any chicken, beef or seafood entrees are gluten free.
