Steak 'n Shake (Temporarily Closed)

I went in at 450pm to take advantage of the half off milkshakes. The employees made sure I was taken care of even though they had alot of orders to fulfill. They got my 2 milshakes i ordered to me within 10minutes. The service was great. All of the employees were communicating with each other, helping each other, and praising each other. Exactly how a work environment should be! The manager was very supportive to the employees and letting them know they did a great job! All i have to say is keep up the good work. The place was very clean as well. GOOD JOB!!!

Fries were reheated or over cooked. Double burger looked bad but tasted fine. Service is usually bad to worse. I should stop coming, but I love the chili. Kind of hard for them to mess that up.

Decided to go for breakfast today. After waiting 40 minutes for our food, decided to speak to a manager. Manager was clueless. Waitress then came over and slammed food down on table. Eggs and hashbrowns were burnt. Too much talking and putting customers on the back burner. Table before us said they waited 30 minutes for food. Table that came in after us waited 20 minutes for coffee. Unacceptable! Corporate really needs to clean house at this location.

The food was delicious and ALL the servers and manager were friendly and helpful! This is an older iconic building and I recommend trying it out!
