What would you do after you already ate and then you go to wash your hands and you see the lady who gave you silverware walk out without washing her hands??

Report it directly to the manager on duty

Talk to a manager. And ask for different silverware

We did report her and the waiter said he was going to talk to her manager. The lady was doing take-out and touching all over the computer after that.

It doesn't mean she didn't wash her hands when she served you she just didn't wash her hands when she serve somebody else I would still report it.

People are required to wash their hands, so I would report them to another worker or manager.

Report that lady to her manager and be disgusted and not eat there any more.
