You can go to the clinic and enroll.
Jason is correct. When I moved down here I had to go to lake nona to register and be assigned a doctor before being able to go to Tavares. They say you can call and do this but it was easier to sit in a office and talk to a person. Also I believe we had to do a bit of paperwork as well.
I believe that you would need to go to the big VA hospital in Orlando. They will change you to Tavares.
