My water bill is significantly higher than my power bill... doesn’t make any sense in my opinion. Maybe the Loch ness monster under my house forgot to turn off his hot tub and drinking fountain, and I’m being billed in error. No rational reasoning can explain why my water bill is so much higher than my electric bill. I hope the utility company reads this and does a survey under my house. They are missing Mr. Ness’ security deposit and potential excessive billing to him as well. My other theory: the utility company is “actually” my mother and she’s teaching me a lesson in “running up the water bill” by charging me inaccurate metering fees. Either way, the two theories above have a better chance of being solved than the mystery of my expensive bill. -2 star rating if possible

First, I should say that you CAN pay on line. Oh, and they have all the data records there too. However, there is nothing unique about that. What is unique is the cumbersome here to there, and the lack of a simple pay-my-bill. You get to guess which historical menu heading is hiding a path to payment. Ponderous, sad and disconnected...
