Passport applications are being processed by appointment only. To make an appointment, visit https://lakecoclerk.as.me/schedule.php. The items you will need include: - Proof of Citizenship: Certified birth certificate, Naturalization/Citizenship certificate, or expired U.S. passport. For more detailed requirements, visit the U.S. Department of State’s website. - Photo: A 2-inch by 2-inch photo with a white or off-white background. Photos can be taken at all three Clerk’s Office locations for $10. - Identification: Driver’s License issued more than six months ago; Military identification card; or State identification cards with other valid forms of identification. - Applicant must appear in person. Where can I go to renew my children's passport? I have the expired passport. We plan on traveling July 16-24. Ages are 17 and 14.
