I'm not sure that seizures are a qualifying condition under New York's Compassionate Care Act. But, if it is HelloMD has online consultations with physician certified to issue a Medical Marijuana Program Certification with this you get a ID card. The cost is only $100 far less than you'd pay if you went to a local doctor (there not easy to find). Your insurance won't cover it. The cost is close to $500 for a consultation.
