Your doctor's opinion in regards to medical marijuana is not relevant. You are the patient. My neurologist wanted to put me in all kinds of controlled substances, didn't support medical marijuana. Ridiculous. Besides one urological pill, I only use cannabis. I am spms and in a wheelchair 24/7. I'm not hurting myself or anyone else.

Find another doctor. Buy it off the street until then. Its easy to make your own tincture, edibles, and capsules if you don't want to smoke it.

The pharmacannis website should be able to direct you to medical marijuana doctor or doctors so you can get your New York State medical marijuana card and then access medicine as prescribed by a physician
