Is there still an Urgent Care section for issues that are not life threatening but need more evaluation than the "Urgent Care Clinics" in the community offer?

I mean besides..your local doctors.. thats what urgent care was..is for .. I went there for a really bad called as a walk -in and was treated very nice come to fine out I had Pneumonia
