This system is very corrupt! They need to make insurance companies accountable! My husband has been working for UPS 27 years and has repetitive work injuries .He needs an MRI on his knee and has been out of work since February! My husband has a mental illness from working at UPS.We are gonna go broke and lose our home ! The lawyer doesn't call us back most of the time and the Judge didn't show up for the hearing! The substitute judge didn't know a thing about my husbands case so we had to wait another month! You people that work there might have money! But we are hard labor working people that sacrificed our bodies and minds to pay our bills !

i have paid them and they keep on sending bills. no one answers the pnones, and no one to talk to ... we just see bills coming in the mail. I think we’ll simply sue this organization if they keep sending me bills.we no longer have w2s /insurance so they just like to send bills regardless.

Worthless POS, they do not care about your injuries or ANY compensation due. Would help if the dirtbags picked up the phone calls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been quite and patient long enough and I haven't interfered in my husbands business as often as I should have but I am going on record now as saying if New York Workers Compensation keeps messing up and denying him his medicine and medical treatment. I am going to go to every news outlet I can think of I will talk to every lawyer that will listen. You almost killed him last month all because you couldn't approve medicine he has been on for the last five plus years which resulted in him receiving something from a doctor that he never should have been given. Then yesterday you are going to deny him medical treatment for his back all of a sudden stating he needs to see the comp nurse. Send her and her medical degree to my house I will happily let her examine him and the she can explain to me how she knows more than the doctor that has been treating him for the last eight years. I don't care for the fact that you all want to treat him as though he is less than a human being worthy of your precious time. Every single month that you don't want to fill his medicine or cover a doctors appointment I am recording and taking statements so when I do go public I have what it takes to back up my story and God forbid something actually does happen to him because you will never get rid of me this isn't about money it is about a human life my husband and by God you will respect him . New York State Workers’ Compensation policies and New York State Statutory Disability/ Paid Family Leave Benefits policies must be submitted by the insurance carrier through an electronic proof of coverage transaction to the Board. Policies must contain the correct legal name and federal Employer Identification Number (EIN). The Board cannot process paper submissions of coverage or coverage submitted by email/fax.
