N Tetreault doesn’t see sick patients, doesn’t do full physicals, doesn’t take phone calls and is dismissive of my input and don’t think she’s ever looked at reports from specialists. Everything is a hassle.

You never see your dr. Only for a yearly exam. Front desk not very helpful.they dont realize that waiting for test results with the same symptoms that your deceased husband had had may have you a bit nervous. You are just a number.

We used to love Capital Care but now when we call it’s either, they’re closed, or on lunch, or on an extended hold. Management is terrible and I have no idea who the Dr.’s are anymore. Love Karen but she’s the only constant that has always been great! It seems like they’ve gone down hill and we’ll be looking for care somewhere else.

Been coming here for over 20 years. I have DR Vachon as my PCP . Nothing but positive experience and care for all my many appointments!! The staff is very friendly and never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen. I would recommend Capital Care Family Practice Guilderland to anyone. Has lab and imaging rate on site. Very convenient…

Yes, they do accept it. Your level of coverage will depend on the tier you selected when you signed up for your insurance.
Only if you are a patient of the office, and their lab works on an appointment base. You can walk into a lab Corp, or quest lab, or even some stand alone st. Peter's labs.
