Took a lil bit, but they changed my out free, and the mngr Larry, was awesome. They very busy all the time, but had to jump start to get there, then they jumpstarted me to pull into bay. Yep, a wait, but I've no worries being broke down now, so was worth it to me
No backups just idiot's that do not have the skills. They said it was nothing wrong with the battery when I first went in so when I went out to get in the car and start it up it wouldn't start then he tried to tell me was a starter I said then why would it start with a jumper and he tried to tell me that it's because of all the extra battery power from the jumper 2 idiots
I feel you. ... sometimes they get VERY backed up. I had to wait a long time But I sure couldn't have done it myself
