I went to Munchel's yesterday to sale some coins like I have in the past but this time I was deeply offended when I was offered $5.00 for $60.00 worth of coins. I ended up going to South Florida Gun And Pawn where they loaned me $30.00 so in the end things worked out well. Needless to say I'll never return to Munchel's again. Pretty sad when a place like Munchel's wants to low ball a guy that's disabled and barely able to make ends meet in a time like this. I understand they want to make a profit but they could at least be fair. I included images of some but not all of the coins I tried selling

My wife has a LeVian chocolate engagement ring she loves with loose main stone and needs repair and some other things. I called Munchels and Matt was very patient on the phone and suggested I bring it in. At the store Brent was so very kind and helpful with the details of getting our ring back to new again. Even as obviously busy they were he said it will be ready before New Years. I’m happy I called them and thanks Matt for talking with me and Brent I appreciated your personal attention. Your store does indeed run like a family business and I like that. Kindest regards to you all!

I have bought many pieces of jewelry here and have always had a great experience. The staff are very helpful and diligent. If I have ever had a problem with any piece they are always willing to fix it for free or at a discount price. I live out of the state now but will still wait until I can vacation down to Florida to purchase my jewelry from Munchel's

Can be up to one hundred over spot depending on demand
We do buy high end watches such as Rolex, Cartier, Patek, Tag, etc.
You would have to bring it in
Yes, as well as all other jewelry repairs!
They do offer services to make custom pieces. I would recommend going in with the items you want melted for the jeweler to assess what the cost is.
You should view and discuss this with the jeweler on site. If it's an item that you are selling, I suggest bringing it to them for appraisal and sale. Diamond costs vary based on clarity and cut so it's best to look at them in person.
They offer layaway.
Billus do you actually work for the company or are just chiming in without knowing the policy because your answer was about as generic , unuseful and as unhelpful as possible. If you actually work for the company I would appreciate a little more response than you will need to contact THEM directly that tells me you don't work for the company
Yes
You will need to bring it in to them so the jeweler can give an estimate.
