One. Go to the store. Two. Leave a bad review from the receipt you get from shopping. Three. Use the contact us on the website. They really hate it when one of their stores aren't customer friendly.

It is ridiculous trying to get ahold of someone at that store. I have to call 4 times just to get one answer.
Call and press 0. It goes to dressing room then have them xfer you.
